Abstract The Oral History of the Principalship Records are from a Virginia Tech project, started in 1989 by Virginia Tech professor Dr. Patrick W. Carlton, designed to interview retired elementary, middle, and high school principals for their views, reminiscences, and accumulated wisdom.
