Jones, James Bernard
Biographical Note
James Bernard Jones lived in Gordonsville, Virginia, prior to attending VPI. He was a student from 1917 to 1921, and was one of the youngest of his class. He graduated in 1921 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. While at VPI, he was involved in the Tennis and Racquet clubs, and the Lee Literary Society, among other activities.

The James Bernard Jones Memorabilia contains several pieces of ephemera related to Virginia Polytechnic Institute: a pamphlet on the programs of study available at VPI (ca. 1913), a Thanksgiving menu (1917), and a commencement program (1922). It also includes a certificate of Jones' Sunday school attendance (1916).
