Biographical Note

Frank Elwood Arnall (1894-1985) was born to Napoleon and Marion Arnall in Richmond, Virginia. He married Helen Regina (Jean) Hurlburt, and they had a son, Frank.

Arnall graduated from VPI in 1916 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He served during World War I in the 840th Aero Squadron of the U. S. Army Air Service, rising to the rank of Sergeant.

Arnall worked as an electrician in Virginia and in the citrus industry in Florida.
