USB thumb drive contains roughly 506.1 Mb of folders and files cosisting of a mixture of electronic file formats, including .doc, .pdf, .jpg., .ppt, .html, and others. The contents of these files document the Vermont Design Institute's 2013 Living Place Competition, including graphics, calls for proposals, and presentations. Other files relate to an article Gayer wrote and illustrated about several projects she completed in Rwanda for a publication called VT Woman, while others consist of office and publicity materials for the Vermont Design Institute (abbreviated VDI in filenames).

Folders and files retain their original names at time of receipt, and all files have been backed up to the archives' servers. Inventory is top-level and does not include sub-directories, but does indicate when an object title refers to a folder or an individual file. Patrons may request access copies of all files by contacting Special Collections and University Archives.
