Promotion ceremony for Walter Robert Tkach to the rank of Major in the United States Air Force while serving in the White House Medical Unit. Chief of the White House Army Signal Agency, George J. McNally, pins the golden oak leaf marking the rank of Major on Tkach's uniform.
