Scope and Content

An association of southwest Virginia businessmen, including M. P. Farrier, F. E. and W. B. Snidow, Martin Williams, and other prominent Giles County men, established for the purpose of exploiting coal and gas deposits in the area. The company does not appear to have done well. File contains mostly handwritten statements concerning debts and assets.
