Architect and artist from Moscow, Russia. Graduate of the Moscow Architectural Institute. Koulagina serves as a mentor for the Russian Academy of Arts and maintains membership in several international organizations, including the International Art Fund and the Union of Artists of Russia. Awarded the Laureate of the XI National Artiada of Russia in 2011.
