The "Bottled In Bond" whiskeys listed include Winona Club, Holesum, Mellwood, Overholt, Old Taylor, Beechmont, and Pure Corn. The form also lists the prices of some of the "High Grade Blends" which include Tokyo Club, Silver Eagle, Tabard inn, Sherwood, Kentucky Judge, and Old Stimmel. On the reverse of the form is an order blank.
