The collection includes a scrapbook from the Young Democrats at Virginia Tech dating from 1986-1987. The scrapbook contains administrative information, memorabilia and photographs from the Virginia Young Democrats Convention, materials from service projects, invites to club events/programs, and items from the 1986 state and national elections, and newsclippings. The administrative information includes bylaws, the Constitution, and a list of officers. Many of the items in the scrapbook are flyers and informational pamphlets about speaker series, projects, and events sponsored by the club. The collection also features an award to the club in recognition of the "Best Small Young Democrat Club" in 1986.
