From the Collection:
The collection consists of a sheet of letterhead from Thompson, De Hart & Co. of Portland, Oregon, with several handwritten recipes, likely from about the 1880s. Recipes include: "Tomatoes" Catsup, Molassses COokies, Pickled Cherries, White Cake, Picklitte, Potato Salad, "Soup made of white beans with dried or canned corn," and "Cookies."
