This document contains a report filed by Alfred S. Roe that details his experience as a prisoner of war during the civil war.

This collection contains six letters of William G. Rogers, a mercantile businessman from Highland County, Virginia. The letters contain the correspondence between Rogers and the businessmen that he was doing dealing with.

The Roll of Prisoners of War Paroled in Richmond identifies Union soldiers who were released from a Confederate prisoner of war camp in 1865. It conatins the names of 47 soldiers and provides their ranks, company, regiment, when and where they were captured, and their signature. They were likely held at Libby Prison, a Confederate prison in Richmond, Virginia, during the American Civil War.

The Roller Valley Mill [Craig County, Virginia] Scrapbook contains a handwritten survey of the abandoned flour mill done for the Association for the Preservation of Virginia Antiquities (Montgomery County Branch).

This collection contains materials from the third inauguration of the 32nd U.S. President, Franlin D. Roosevelt (1882-1945), on January 20, 1941. The materials include an invitation, a program, a "card of admission" with envelope, and the enclosing envelope for the event.

She specialized in remodels of 19th century residences. Outspoken advocate for women in the profession. Collection consist of drawings, personal journals, business records, as well as published articles about the Union of Women Architects of Belgium and Roque-Gourary.

The Alice Ross Ephemera Collection includes more than 2,000 pieces of ephemera related to food & culinary history, advertising/marketing, food production, agriculture, holidays and celebrations, and domestic culture, dating from the mid-19th to the mid/late 20th century.

The E. Maria Roth Architectural Collection contains the personal papers, professional papers, and project files of a landscape architect working largely in New Jersey, New York, and Virginia. School work from Cooper Union and Rutgers University is included, along with a school notebook from 1940 made during the Hitler era in Germany. Projects largely conform to the following categories: schools, residences/neighborhoods, public and recreation areas, and furniture/structural designs.
