Abstract

The Roll of Prisoners of War Paroled in Richmond identifies Union soldiers who were released from a Confederate prisoner of war camp in 1865. It conatins the names of 47 soldiers and provides their ranks, company, regiment, when and where they were captured, and their signature. They were likely held at Libby Prison, a Confederate prison in Richmond, Virginia, during the American Civil War.

Collection consist of drawings, personal journals, business records, as well as published articles about the Union of Women Architects of Belgium and Roque-Gourary.

The E. Maria Roth Architectural Collection contains the personal papers, professional papers, and project files of a landscape architect working largely in New Jersey, New York, and Virginia. School work from Cooper Union and Rutgers University is included, along with a school notebook from 1940 made during the Hitler era in Germany. Projects largely conform to the following categories: schools, residences/neighborhoods, public and recreation areas, and furniture/structural designs.
