The collection consists of one postcard of Notre-Dame from Sherwood Anderson to Bert and Clara Dickenson and a photograph of Sherwood Anderson and Bert Dickenson in Florida with a line of fish in between the two men.
N. S. Andrews Letter
The collection contains a single letter from N. S. Andrews to his father, while Andrews was station in Washington, D. C., during the American Civil War.

James Anthony Letter
The James Anthony Letter is written by James Anthony in Buchanan, Virginia, on August 2, 1850, to Colonel James A. Pipen in Wytheville, Virginia. Anthony describes a job offer from the James River Company and his resignation from his job working for Colonel Pipen, shows admiration for his employer, and offers a replacement for his position.

Anti-Saloon League of Virginia Notice
This collection includes an undated Notice of Temperate Meetings held by Rev. J. W. West, Field Secretary of the Anti-Saloon League of Virginia. It includes subjects discussed and testimonials and probably dates between 1903-1909. The Anti-Saloon League of Virginia existed from 1901 to 1933, at the end of prohibition.
Appalachian Electric Power Company Photographs
This collection contains three photographs from the Appalachian Electric Power Company. While the photograph of the Executive Committee of the A.E.P. Social Club does not have a known date, the photograph of the A.E.P. Company's First Aid Class was taken in Roanoke, Virginia, in 1931. The photograph of the participants in the Service Pin Dinner is dated to 1956.

A collection of 41 framed photographs having to do with the aftermath of the April 16, 2007 shootings. Photographers were community members who submitted images to be considered for an exhibition at Squires' Perspective Gallery in April 2008. Collection also includes additional digital images not framed for the show.
