Scope and Content Note
The collection consists of a single military pass for Captain F. C. Fisher to Montgomery White Sulphur Springs (Montgomery County, Va.). Signed and dated August 1864, the pass granted Fisher railroad travel. The springs area served as a military hospital during the Civil War.
