Manual for teachers regarding recognizing and preventing the development of mental health issues in their students. This manual was distributed by the Commonwealth of Virginia and was written by Minor Wine Thomas, Ph.D. of Radford College.

The document outlines sixteen symptoms of "personality difficulty" ranging from cruelty to daydreaming. The author describes each of the symptoms in detail and then lists the signs of each symptom as it could manifest itself in the classroom. He then lists methods in which a classroom teacher could correct these personality difficulties.
