The collection contains a half-filled manuscript recipes for baked goods, vegetables, main dishes, desserts, and candies. There are several pages from unidentified published cookbook stuck in among the handwritten recipes. In addition, the author or compiler created a "Classification of Food." It is unknown who created the recipe book or when it was compiled.
