Scope and Content

This collection includes a WWI restaurant ledger from 1915-1916 with newspaper clippings pasted on top of the restaurant's menus. These clippings include images and articles from WW1 era. Not all the pages include newspaper clippings. Addtionally, the menus include meals for lunch and dinner, dates and prices.
