Envelope with piece of flax spun by Margaret Buchanan Campbell (the envelope has a written account of the history of the flax - "Charles Campbell was placed in jail because he was unable to pay all his taxes. His wife, Margaret, spun flax thread to sell. She was able to get her husband out of jail and pay their taxes with the money she made from the thread"), 1907.
