Scope and Content From the Collection: The VPI Cadet Cape is navy blue with a red lining, made of wool felt and a wool lining. It has a black cord frog on exterior that connects on both sides. There is also two metal hooks on the collar. Each side has what appears to be a pocket, only after looking closer do you realize the “pockets” are holes to the inside of the cape.
