Lake, 4619 Magnolia Ave, Chicago, Illinois." The first page includes a list of types of recipes with a page number next to them. The list includes bread & rolls, cake & cookies, pies & puddings - desserts, salads - preserves - etc, pickles - sauces, candy, meats, vegetables, and more.
