Scope and Content
From the Collection:
The collection contains two ledgers from unidentified local banks. The first has dates ranging from 1855 to 1857 and the ledger is seperated into two different books. On page 63 there is a business card attached for 'Trigg and Wharton, Real Estate Brokers.' The second ledger has dates ranging from 1851 to 1859 and lists accounts located, primarily, in southwest Virginia.
