The poll book includes a list of men from the regiment, their county of origin, and the total number of votes cast for congressional candidates, and candidates in various local elections. The local elections being held were for Sheriff, Clerk of Orphan's Court, Coroner, County Commissioner, Director of the Poor, and County Auditor.
