Illinois Surgical Supply Company Otoscope
The otoscope is housed in a black box with a black plastic button closure. The interior of the box is lined with a green velvet that has ridges to hold various parts of the tool. Inside is seven components of the otoscope. On the interior of the lid of the box is a green ribbon the reads "IMPROVED PREFECTION ELECTRIC AURISCOPE ILLINOIS SURGICAL SUPPLY COMPANY 10 S. WELLS ST. CHICAGO, ILLINOIS."
