Dr. Karen DePauw has served as Virginia Tech Vice President and Dean of Graduate Education since 2002. The collection includes artifacts given to DePauw on international trips while at Virginia Tech. Items are from Asia, the Middle East, Europe, South America, and Africa.

Materials relate to Eggleston's tenure with Virginia Polytechnic Institute and Hampden-Sydney College, as well as local religious and social causes.
