Records of the Faculty Senate
This collection documents the work of the Faculty Senate from 1966 until 1995, including minutes, correspondence, constitutions and by-laws, and reports from the Senate president, committees, subcommittees, university commissions, and the Student Government Association. The Faculty Senate was founded in 1969 in order to "articulate faculty views on campus policies and procedures."

The Faculty/Staff Photograph Collection at Special Collections consists of the photographs, portrait reproductions, and negatives of Virginia Tech employees, dating back to the 1890s.

Ruth White Fisher Scrapbook
This collection includes a scrapbook compiled by Blacksburg, Virginia artist Ruth White Fisher, relating to her series of paintings titled "The Evolution of Creativity," donated to Virginia Tech. It includes photographs, correspondence, newspaper clippings, and ephemera about the paintings and the donation ceremony.

G. Preston Frazer Collection
The collection contains correspondence between G. Preston Frazer and Marcus L. Oliver. Additional materials include photocopies of newspaper articles, a signed Sixteen Pencil Impressions from Honolulu, Hawaii, U.S.A. booklet, and Frazer's obituary.

Irving J. Good Papers
The Irving J. Good Papers, 1925-2004, consist of thirty-six bound volumes of photocopied articles reviews, interviews, correspondence, and lectures, created and complied by Good, a British mathematician and codebreaker during WWII, and Emeritus University Distinguished Professor at Virginia Tech. The collection also includes research notes, bibliographies of works, and correspondence.
Charles Goodsell Collection
This collection includes photographs and negatives of public buildings--mostly within the United States--produced by Charles Goodsell for use in two of his books, The Social Meaning of Civic Space: Studying Political Authority through Architecture and The American Statehouse. Also includes published copies of the books.
