Abstract This collection contains a diploma and certificates given to Warren Weston Howard (1889-1970), who graduated from Virginia Agricultural and Mechanical College and Polytechnic Institute (VPI) in 1912 and from the National Guard of the United States Army and of the State of Florida in the 1920s.
