Biographical Note
Warren Weston Howard (1889-1970), graduated from Virginia Agricultural and Mechanical College and Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1912. As a captain, Howard graduated from the United States Army Infantry School in 1926, and was appointed to First Lieutenant in the Florida National Guard in 1927.
