Scope and Content From the Collection: This collection consists of a press, and two plates depicting the V.P.I. seal. The press is made of metal and has been painted black. The press consists of the body and the lever that presses the seal into desired page. On both sides of the press is a star design. The center of the star is a red circle, while the points are gold.
