Hoge Family Papers
This collection contains a survey plat, a certificate, and two letters that belonged to James Hoge and his son General James F. Hoge, two of the early settlers of Montgomery County, Virginia.
HokieBird Bobblehead
The collection contains a HokieBird Bobblehead with its hand raised to represent the number one. Presumably made by the company PPi Sports, the bobblehead likely dates from the 2000s or 2010s.
Isaac Horne Ledgers
This collection contains seven ledgers and one letter from the estate of Isaac Horne (1801-1878) of Glade Spring, Washington County, Virginia. The ledgers show the Hornes owned a dry goods, fabric and tanning business. Transactions are recorded selling leather items to Confederate Soldiers during the American Civil War.
