Blacksburg Oral History Project Records
Project of the University Libraries of Virginia Tech to collect information on the history of Blacksburg, Virginia. Collection contains taped interviews, most with transcripts, of the following Blacksburg residents: Cliff Busby, Georgia Croy, S.H. Kessinger, Lucy Lee Lancaster, George Litton, Howard Price, Carrie T. Sibold, and Ellison A. Smyth.
Blacksburg Vertical Files (List of Subjects),

Milka T. Bliznakov Papers and Architectural Drawings
Milka Bliznakov was a Bulgarian architect, architectural historian, and professor who practiced in Bulgaria, France, and the United States. The collection consists of her publications, research, correspondence, professional documentation of her practice, conference participation materials, teaching materials, and documents related to her involvement as the founder of the International Archive of Women in Architecture.
Cynthia Addington Boatwright Papers
The materials in this collection include correspondence, news clippings, photographs, programs, and files created and collected by Boatwright in her lifetime. The majority of the materials focus on Boatwright's tenure as President of the Virginia Federation of Women's Clubs from 1941 to 1944.
Dorothy H. Bodell Papers,
The collection consists primarily of newspaper clippings, correspondence, research notes, photocopies of historical documents, and files Bodell compiled while writing her book.
Betty Belle Boone Diary
The collection contains the diary of Betty Belle Boone, a young, unmarried woman of Boones Mill, Virginia, from January 1893 to September 1894, detailing household chores and social activities.
Jane Rhodes Brewer Diary
The Jane Rhodes Brewer Diary contains entries of her daily activities with a focus on health, family, and religion in 1882.
H. A. Buchanan Ledger
Ledger maintained by H. A. Buchanan of Wythe County, Virginia, acting as agent for Fayetta Peterson (aka Mrs. W. J. Peterson). Entries document Buchanan's work in maintaining Peterson's books; collecting dividends, rent and interest; and paying taxes.
Pauline E. Burks Family Papers
Pauline E. Burks of Richmond, Virginia, collected genealogy materials about her husband Broaddus Vaughan Burks' family. The papers include correspondence, account books, essays, receipts, newspapers, and plats and surveys of the Broaddus, Burks, Edmonds, Taliaferro, and Vaughan families of Amherst County, Virginia. Materials focus mainly on the Vaughan and Burks families and range from 1760s land grants to 1970s family correspondence.
