The bottle is amber with a sticker label that wraps around majority of the bottle's body. The label has a brick pattern at the top, followed by an orange line, and below the line is all maroon. The front of the bottle says "HARDYWOOD" above a maroon gobbler that is inside a white diamond. Below the gobbler is the text "FIGHTIN' HOKIES LAGER ALCOHOL 5.0% BY VOL . 12 FL OZ." The same logo and text is repeated on the side of the bottle.

The sculpture is made up of maroon toned wood and tan toned wood pieces that form the HokieBird mascot with his arms crossed. His beak, eyes, and ends of tail are made of the tan wood while the rest is a maroon wood. White dots are painted on the eyes, and written in black between his toes is "TM."
