The Virginia Tech Ring and Class Collections document the work of the Ring Design Committee, Ring Dance Committee, and individual classes at VPI, including their reunions. Items include ring design proposals and collection brochures, invitations and flyers for ring dances, and memorabilia for graduating classes and class reunions.

The trophy is made up of two parts, the body/base of the trophy, and a small lid that rests on top. On the front of the trophy it reads "THE THANKSGIVING TROPHY FOR V.M.I-V.P.I. GAME TO REMAIN PERMANENTLY WITH THE SCHOOL WINNING THE THIRD TIME." The back of the trophy reads "WON BY V.P.I. - 1931 V.P.I - 1932 TIE- 1933."

The Records of War Memorial Chapel contain architectural records, posters, photographs, and prints pertaining to Virginia Tech’s War Memorial Chapel - including the Memorial Court, pylons, and cenotaph - and its construction in the 1950s and early 1960s.
